Hello! I am a freelance Illustrator living in Portland, Oregon. I specialize in hand-lettering and print + pattern design. My work is often inspired by the natural world and textures, a love for vintage kids books and making things by hand. I have a fine art background, and try to step away from the computer and use that as a starting place for most of my designs and illustration. My work has primarily been used for textile design, home wares, social media, stationary and editorials. Companies I have worked with include Fred Meyers/Kroger, Hanna Andersson, Nike, Gap, Columbia Sportswear, and Stio.

In my spare time, I love to spend time outdoors with my husband and two kids.
I have a dog, two cats, and three chickens who lay three different colors of eggs.
I grew up in rural Idaho, with lava rocks in my backyard and rattlesnakes in my driveway.
